The training consists of one (1) hour of anti-sexual harassment training for all non-supervisory employees and two (2) hours of anti-sexual harassment training for supervisory employees. Regardless of supervisory status, all employees must also undergo one (1) hour of bystander training. Employers must provide training on an annual basis.
