Tue, 24 Apr 2018 12:21:39 +0000http://nationallawforum.com/?p=14605#comment-29473Seems to me an easy fix would be for the ADA to be solely responsible for approving service animals and every certified animal would have one of two colored tags determining Service or ESA. There would be no questions of what the Service Animal performs the tag simply showing they are ADA Certified. No ADA tag the animal is removed. The ADA is key to stopping abuse of Service and EMS animal use.
