I would simply like to add that the Indian government has protected Yoga asanas as a Traditional Knowledge and thevideos of these asanas have been added to the Traditional Knowledge Digital Library (TKDL) of India. The TKDL is accessible to some of the major IP offices across the globe including the U.S. therefore, any attempt to Copyright these poses would undoubtedly fail.
